It was through a third party out of Chico California. This distributor needs to do better and provide updates to Walmart to teach what they are providing.

I disliked that the ears aren't what's pictured. I wish they were longer in a droopy spot at like floppy ears but they aren't. The ears are really small. But the coat itself is great quality. The fur is incredibly soft and if you wash %26 dry it the fur does not tarnish! Great coat.
