My waist trainer came in and it was a size to small and so u emailed the company asking if I could just exchange it for one size bigger and they offered me to keep it and give it to a friend who it is more suitable for and to hive me a $5 refund. Like really??!! This company who sells these is not willing to exchange for a bigger size or anything. So DO NOT BUY THIS WAOST TRAINER. Also I was supposed to receive it in 2 days and I didn't get it for a week and a half.
