Billy Blanks: Tae Bo Kicks - Workout for Kids (DVD, 2005) NEW

My six year old, his grandmother, and I enjoy this. It is fast paced and holds my child's attention for the most part, though it is about 10 min. too long for him.

I bought this tape because my 7 year old son loves Tae Bo, but it was too advanced for his body. We both are doing the Tae Bo Kicks aimed for kids. My son was very sick from allergies from the age of 2 to age 5, so he did not get a chance to become as active as most children. So thank you, Billy Blanks, for mentioning throughout the tape that it's OK to take a break if needed. We started by doing 1/2 of the tape at a time. And gradually increasing it as my son felt comfortable. It is good to see children doing the exercises, so my son doesn't feel so inadequate by comparison. I only wish they had mothers and/or fathers instead of the two women that are on his other videos. But overall we love the idea and hope there are more exercise videos for the entire family.
