Complicated order fulfillment process.

Ordered 2 chairs on a single order. Yet they were shipped a day apart from 2 different states. This was the first red flag. They both arrived to my home on the same day, both delivered by FEDEX. Immediately both shipping boxes were of a different size. Open the boxes and disappointingly they were each different colors. One was champagne as ordered the other was ivory. The packaging listed both as champagne. Decided to return both. Didn't want to chance them sending another ivory chair. The Walmart app would only allow one to be returned in-store, forcing me to return the 2nd chair by mail. When I returned the 1 chair in-store, the associate forced me to repackage the chair myself, with no assistance. She stated FedEx wouldn't rebox it and clearly neither would they. I realize most of my issue is with Walmart's service. However, when a customer orders multiple and there's been a slight product change, like fabric color, fulfill the quantity together to insure the customer gets what was ordered.
