Perfect pot

Great stock pot! Lid is snug and heavy enough that there's no spitting. Of course, it's Demeyre, the handles stay cool. I reheated pea soup and the heating was even with no hot spots or over cooking, despite the patches of thicker soup. Pours really well.

Cadillac of Stock Pots

The dimensional shape of this stockpot is my ideal as it is narrow & tall for optimizing stock quality. Capacity is perfect for average home cook when not making bigger batches of stock. This specific stick pot from the Atlantis line is the Cadillac of stock pots. Hopefully one day Demeyere offers larger sizes
