Dissatisfied with This Lock
I ordered this lock in July 2019 and have had to contact MiProducts 3 times since then because the unit has quit working. They sent a replacement for the front, then the back, and now it just stopped working the other day. I come home only to find when I pressed the lock button, it didn't lock the door. It will not lock manually or with the key. I had to remove it and put my old deadbolt back on just to be able to lock the door. I will never buy their products again.
