I'm actually a woman. these are amazing!!! Soooo comfortable. My new favorite. The waistband is soft and smooth and not restrictive. It won't dig in. I wear a women's large. If you order large, you will get "medium/large". So for me this was slightly snug. Snug isn't bad when they are so soft and accommodating. And a period pad will never slip around out of place with these!! Man or woman, if you are on the big side of large, you should size up. Great for women on the autism spectrum. Trust me she won't complain about underwear again if you get these for her. :)
