Bad product

Purchased in April, 4 months later and the finish is chipping off, the swan neck is loose and flimsy and the handles there are what is called seats I believe well those are already wearing down to where when you turn the water off it leaks from the faucet. I called a plumber and there is a fitting (seat)inside the handles that has worn down. Should not be having these issues already. Will not buy any Kingston Brass products again
