STANLEY STHT36031WM 25FT Dual Lock Tape Measure

Fast store pick-up, must have been in stock. The tape measure is very nice/durable for being inexpensive. I replaced a worn out early model Stanley Lever Lock 25ft tape measure I used for home use for years. Perfect for home use. A contractor may want a rubberized casing to help survive drops and not mark up floors upon impact. But for home use you can't beat this tape measure and the Dual locking feature is awesome. Automatic hold upon bringing tape out and ability to HARD lock tape so you can push tape hard without it retracting. My old lever Lock only had the single lock with a small red button that didn't last too long in ability to hard lock tape. This one seems more robust and easier to lock. Again, for the price and what you get probably the best tape measure for the $$$ you will find.

The dual lock makes using the measuring tape much better. You don't need to worry about the tape retracting while measuring. The lock also makes it easy to keep the tape stable when pulling on it to measure with the tape tensioned. I like this new lock feature much better than the blade lock features on other tapes.
