The length is and weight will save your back. And fun to use too. Not it got me wanting to take this show on the road and give up work in healthcare. I've told EVERYBODY about it. I had HEAPS of ice in this snow storm in the east coast. Not it's all gone. I'm sure my neighbors woke up like “how did she do that?!” This might be my second time leaving reviews on Walmart. But this item deserved its props!!! Now I feel like the PineSol lady for ice choppers.
