Disappointing!

Does not include hardware nor installation instructions. Shipping charge was more than cost of item! I can make it work with a bit of common sense and it seems strong enough for the job, which is the only reason I even give it two stars. My mistake... I should have gone directly to Lowe's or Home Depot. I would not repurchase or recommend.
