Got this item as a Christmas gift for my sister, and she loves it. There is not very much caffeine in it, so that would affect your health too much. There are no flavors like Lime flavor or other flavors like that. Minerals that are in it really give it excellent taste. Overall, nothing to dislike about it, and this won't give you no Extra protein because this isn't no energy drink or nothing like that. Great purchase and will highly recommend for future purchases.

3 Single serve packets buy Swiss Miss!

Disappointed with these 3 packages the size of a Swiss Miss hot chocolate packett...single servings for $10 !!! Going to make my own chocolate flavored coffee toppings with stevia from now on...really disgusted for being scammed like this! Don't buy these small single serve packets...not worth 1/10th the cost...if I'd seen a box of these the size a Hot cocoa individual serving assorted flavored box has maybe 30 bulk packets, then I might consider even recommend such a box for this price...Rather like buying McDonald's fries for $20 a real ripoff!!!
