I have had several wheelchairs which I've had to replace every two years because of the quality but have never bought a Drive brand util now. I absolutely love this wheelchair. It is built way better and sturdier than other brands I have tried. I will always buy Drive wheelchair. I also have a Drive walker and love that one too.

Poorly constructed & quality
On arrival I took it from the box to find all the "warning" labels either fell off or were barely attached. One arm rest fits snug but the other is extremely loose. The arm rests have metal plates between them that were loose and don't seem to be cut to the proper size. I deem the arm rests unsafe as they have NO back pins in them and can be pulled out when exerting force to pull yourself into the wheel chair. Terrible design. I'm very mechanically inclined to fix all the defects but would not recommend this purchase to anyone. My previous 5 year old wheel chair was far superior quality compared to this design and made by the same company. Huge disappointment.
