Fravessi Greetings was founded in the late 1920s by entrepreneurial woman Essie Govett and later became Fravessi Lamont with Jean Lamont Woodland. Fravessi was purchased in the late 1990s by Olympia Sales Inc., and then again in 2017 by Shade Tree Greetings.
