Built from durable steel construction, this diffuser is designed for high air volume delivery while maintaining efficient 360-degree air diffusion, ensuring consistent comfort across the entire space. The innovative 3-cone design with a fixed core enhances air throw performance, making it ideal for large areas such as offices, retail spaces, schools, and healthcare facilities. The formed steel back panel ensures long-lasting strength and stability during installation and operation. This model features a factory-installed 12" collar and includes a fiberglass insulation blanket with a foil vapor barrier to reduce condensation and support energy efficiency. For projects requiring advanced thermal performance, the HVS R6 model comes with a molded fiberglass backpan (R6) for added insulation. The insulation is pre-scored to accommodate various collar sizes, ensuring quick adjustments on-site. The diffuser accepts the 5400 Series unique 2" high snap-in collars (6" to 12") and can integrate a 3800 Series butterfly damper (ordered separately) for enhanced airflow control. With an overall size of 23 3/4" x 23 3/4", this unit fits standard ceiling grids, offering compatibility and ease of integration. Finished in a Bright White powder coat, this diffuser combines durability, function, and clean aesthetics—making it a reliable solution for both new construction and retrofit HVAC installations.
