These blinds are perfect, they have worked for 3 months without any problems. We ordered the defused ones and they block the direct afternoon sunlight in our family room. We purchased the multi blind remote and it's very high quality and we plan on purchasing more blinds, which this remote will be able to control also. Only cons are they are a little pricey and the manufacture really needs to develop better instructions. We had one issue with one blind and programming, despite customer service being very responsive the instructions where not 100% clear. We did however figure out slight issue watching videos online.

The blinds arrived fine and the color (Off White) was perfectly represented in the pictures. The installation was very simple with the bulk of the time spent double checking all my measurements. The programming was not very intuitive, but wasn't the instruction's fault. However, once everything is set, it works great. I'll be placing a larger order shortly to accommodate the rest of my house.
