This is the second Blade I have purchased.

This is the second Blade I've purchased. The first for my Condo in Florida and the second recently for my home here in Toronto. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!! WHEN I TRIED TO ENTER THE 10% COUPON IT WOULDNT ALLOW ME TO AND BECAUSE OF THIS I DIDNT GET THE $25 DISCOUNT. ESPECIALLY AS BOTH OF MY NEIGHBOURS IN FLORIDA EACH BOUGHT A BLADE BECAUSE THEY LIKED OURS SO MUCH. The product is great. We love it.

Leaky

I bought 2 last year. One for me and one for my daughter in law. Hers started leaking all over right from the start, and she won't use it because of that. It made a huge gross mess. Mine just started leaking both the dirty water and the clean water tank. Like the whole container of water all over the floor. Thank goodness it wasn't on the carpet when it started that. I went to look at the part you screw onto the clean water tank to see if it was a bad seal and it fell apart!! Oh and yes it is extremely hard to clean, taking it apart to clean it super inconvenient and hard as heck to put back together. Not happy about either one. It's been under a year on both

Surprising Dissatisfied

I had high hopes for the vacuum. The weight and operation are very good. My issue is the battery. It barely lasts 10 minutes and although it lights as fully charged it is only half charged when installed backed into the vacuum. I have not gotten any satisfaction from contacting Hoover.
