I was prescribed to take a BVitamin. Highly recommend this one. Its a great value and a there are lots in the bottle. I just personally hate the after taste of the vitamin. I am not sure if other people experience that but I do. So if you are sensitive to yucky vitamin flavors this is not the one for you. Or drink it with juice or milk.
