Its base is designed to ensure even heat distribution and unique cooking and frying properties. The timeless design is suitable for everyday use - year after year. Patented nonstick surface is metal-utensil safe. Lids are tempered glass and are oven and dishwasher safe. Set includes 8" fry pan, 10.25" fry pan, 10.25" saute pan with lid, 2-qt saucepan with lid, and 6.5-qt Dutch oven with lid. Specially designed for glass ceramic and gas stoves. Squeeze-cast base eliminates hot spots for even cooking and browning. Hand-cast in aluminum - stays flat. Oven-safe up to 500°F for stovetop to oven techniques. PFOA-free.
