Valspar Sealer CNCRT EXT NTRL Look 5G 82092

I tested several different sealers in a discreet location on my newly poured stamped concrete pool deck and selected this one because it kept the natural look. The other matte sealer where too shinny. I waited 60 days for the concrete to cure, power washed it and let it dry for 24 hrs. In the afternoon on the next day when the temp was 72F I applied the product with a sprayer and had my wife back roll with an 18 in roller to remove any puddles. After an hour we applied a very light second coat in areas near the water and heavy traffic. It worked great. BTW, the area where we tested the other sealer became very slippery after applying this product, but it's not a big deal because the plan is to put planters over the area. WARNING make sure that the material you are sealing does not have another product on it (and test this product before applying) otherwise you will get the same slippery results that almost all the people who gave this product a single star rating experienced. One final note, 5 gal covered 1000 square feet with one coat plus a second coat for high traffic areas (about 250 square feet).
