This provides more exercise options than traditional resistance tubes and allows you to get the most out of your workout by engaging more muscle groups. Trust LifelineUSA tubes
I've used Lifeline tubes for years and have always gotten great service out of them. Have been using the new set for a couple weeks now and I LOVE them. Changing tubes is much easier, both for inserting and removing. The previous channel style would get the tubes wedged into the handle, especially on the heavier ones. These handles do all the regular tube movements flawlessly, and the new rotational ones work well from a door anchor. The grips feel just like the ones on my Jungle Gym, which I like. HOWEVER, when standing on the tubes, there are movements that cause the handle to flip around and slap your wrist. I found this only happens when the handle and tube angle are more than 90 degrees. I didn't have any issues off a door. I'm giving the PowerArch 5 stars because it does offer more exercise options than other handles and the quality of Lifeline gear is well known.

Poorly Designed
These handles are poorly designed. Every motion winds up with the handle mashed painfully into your wrist. Never encountered this with any other Lifeline handle. Not worth the amount paid - actually not worth a penny because they are useless unless you want bruised swollen wrists. ZERO stars!!!!!
