    Broke on the first use!

    The very first time I use this luggage after having it for months the handle broke so I can only carry it from the side. Then the actual shell broke. HOW??! I am super disappointed as I am out of my return window. The whole point of getting hard shell luggage was so my belongings wouldn't get damaged. Now the item intended to carry my belongings is.
