Slow to disolve as expected. Works as expected and easy to load up on BCAA
These do not dissolve quickly, but will dissolve in water over several minutes. I use pink lemonade and also dissolve L-Citrulline Malate (2:1) at the same time, since it is a bitter sour taste. This saves time and waste.
