By far my favorite pots and pans ever!
After 30+ years of marriage and several different brands of pots and pans, I can honestly say that these are the best I have ever owned and/or used! A few nights ago my husband made one of his "creations" in the 12" fry pan, it included among other things chesse, fresh juices, honey, soy sauce, ketchup, and the usual host of stuck and burnt on items. I really thought the pan was totaled since the bottom of the pan could not be seen in the slightest. Last time I saw anything that badly my Grandmother had forgotten a pan on the stove and my father had to take a grinder to the pan! Was I ever shocked and pleased when after a little soaking in warm water the burnt on mess came off in one large sheet. Using only a paper towel and a few drops of dish soap.

Solid products, tremendous value!
I have been using my original set of Calphalon cookware daily now for 15 years, they perform and still look the same as when I took them out of the box. Rugged and strong, they hold heat uniformly and retain heat so that they are actually economical, the heat can be turned down compared to other cookware. But I like skillets most for high heat searing and blackening of meats and fish. I was impressed with the cookset so much that over the years have added Calphalon roasters and accessories to my collection and given many Calphalon products as gifts. Highly recommend Calphalon!

By far, the BEST
I have had my Commercial Hard Anodized cookware for 21 years, and it is still the best cookware I've ever used. I've cooked for more formal dinners and receptions for up to 150 people than I can count. Wouldn't trade it for anything . . . well, the new glass tops are better than the original aluminum, so I might trade those!
