Monoprice cat6 fixed length network cables are the perfect combination of value and performance. Available in a large assortment of colors and lengths, we have a cable to fit every situation. Each cable is made of 24AWG stranded pure bare copper conductor pairs with 50m gold plated contacts (short body). Most budget cables skimp with only 10m. Each cable features color matched, snagless strain relief boots.
Monoprice cat5e and cat6 cables are made of 100 percent pure bare copper wire, as opposed to copper clad aluminum (CCA) wire, and are therefore fully compliant with UL Code 444 and National Electrical Code TIA-568-C.2 fire and safety standards, which require pure bare copper wire in Cat5e and Cat6 communications cables.

Needed a Ethernet for my TV
I have a Roku TV and was using the wireless system to connect to my router, but I had to keep resetting the wireless network on the TV. So I when with the Ethernet cable and now it seem to be stable. I checked with my son in law who works with computers and networks for a very large company and he suggested to us Cat6 cable. The price different between Cat5 and Cat6 cables wasn't that big. Go with the Cat6

Looks Fine, Not Used Yet
The cable arrived within a reasonable amount of time, and it looks fine. To be honest, though, I haven't used it so far because I was just looking for a backup alternative if my wireless router stops working. So, the five stars are for prompt delivery -- and the fact that it looks just like I would expect a cable to look.

Quality cable at an excellent price.
I purchased these cables{2} to extend my cable to the far end of my auto shop to a second WIFI. A friend of mine has been a Monoprice customer for some time and he recommended I check them out. I was surprised by the variety of products and the price was very attractive. I placed my order, received a confirmation Email and my parts came in a reasonable time frame. The cables look exactly like the ad, are well made and excellent quality. I can recommend these cables and Monoprice based on my good experience.
