I must say that my customer service experience was one of the best! The torque wrench I ordered didn't seem to click when exceeding the set limit. Customer service replied immediately and communicated with me, until it determined than sending a replacement was in order. I couldn't be happier with the outcome, so I highly recommend EZARC for your tool needs!

I did initially get this for bicycle parts, especially for brake rotors to hub mating and caliper mounts to keep them square and parallel with the discs. I also used this do do some retorquing of valve covers on a car and some other mounting bits located within the engine compartment. The wrench is accurate when scaled up with my USA made Armstrong dial torque wrench, which I had previously used for torqueing small ancillary engine components, but lacked a ratcheting mechanism. The EZARC worked out perfectly for this! Comes in a nice blow-molded case and common bicycle sized 1/4" drive socket mounted bits for bike assembly. Great buy for this complete kit that just so happens to include an accurate torque wrench!
