Swede-O Joint Wrap Intense Cold Therapy Pack Flexible for Knee, Shoulder, Elbow & Ankle Includes Compression Strap - Made in the USA

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very interesting way of designing a cold pack. The four leaf clover design allows for coverage over joints without having to twist and hold a rectangular cold pack. The ability to lay it out on knees without having to hold a rectangular cold pack makes it much more comfortable to use and the cold benefits are better than wrestling with a rectangular one. It is also much easier to use on elbows and ankles. It is very cold coming out of the freezer and holds the cold for a long period of time. The compression strap is a little difficult to manage but I can see benefits to it. I would recommend this cold pack.

I had total knee replacement 5 days ago and had my first in home physical therapy appointment this afternoon. My therapist commented that I have done a good job of keeping it iced as he said the swelling was far less than what he expected. I attribute the results to this joint wrap. It's remarkably comfortable and provides full coverage of the knee with out the awkwardness of a standard ice pack not designed for the knee.
