Walmart refuse to replace

bought in Nov and now it don't want to work like water got into it as its was outside. Also Walmart refuses to replace it. I buy a lot of stuff from Walmart and from Walmart online they are going to treat me like this i will go somewhere else also filing a report with my governor paid 87.00 taxs in all bullcrap
