Briefs been wearing for years (NEVER discontinue)

I have bought these briefs for years, only underwear I wear, but I have to say, there was a difference in a few, and I noticed they ones Made in China were too tight, but the ones made in Dominic Republic were so much better, new and improved & Much better quality. Espec arouund the waist and tummy. Hopefully Bali, stayed with the Made in Dominica Republic, and forgo Made in China. Of course, it would be nice if made in USA. Thanks!
