I need to be gluten-free and hope to get a little extra protein during the day. I am 76. I find that these bars are not overly sweet and not overly hard to chew. I eat half a bar as a snack on the run …tasty with some whey and soy protein. No artificial sweetener.

My son who has a medical issue has been told by his doctor that he needed to eat more protein. He has to snack throughout the day in between meals.
