Slim Female finds this tight. The construction is bad. Little bricks (not malleable gel) in a cloth construction thing. Narrow elastic band at top and bottom is way tight. The cold pockets should be bigger and filled with gel. The cold pockets/cloth ratio is off. Too much wasted space. The top and bottom elastic needs to be much wider, not so constricting. Bad design. Youre Better off with a ziplock full of frozen peas and a bandanna!!
