I was a little skeptical that eggs wouldn't stick. My other egg poacher would stick no matter what I used on it. I used just a spritz of Pam to make sure. Eggs slid right off. Cooked perfectly in a small saucepan with a couple of inches of water. Very happy. Good price also for 4 of them.
