If you know how to use this product it is a game changer. The key for success is for sealing all entry points and leaving one exit in which the rodents will pass through and get a burning sensation and will not enter back. Works for large animals also skunks raccoons et cetera. If somebody says it doesn't work it's because they left other holes around their house and the rodents just went in-and-out those holes the key is to seal all entry points from foundation to roof

I highly recommend this product. I don't know of a repellent for rodents, skunks, birds, ants that works as well and lasts as long. You can even put it on your hoses under the hood of your car! 100% food grade and FDA approved too. I lather this stuff around a pile of bait and the rodents track it all over the usual hangout spots and contaminates them so they have to leave. Honestly, if you can't fix your problem with this gel you are doing something wrong. I bet my bank account that a rat exposed to this gel won't cross over it again.
