Pros: *Large assembly area with compact storage dimensions,*The additional pieces for sorting are large, unattached, and can easily be moved to a different or more convinent area for sorting, *the material lining the workspace is soft but offers a firm grip on each piece (no more accidentally knocking into a piece and having it slide off the table/ board),*the backing color is subtle enough that it doesnnot interfere with the coloring of general puzzle pieces, *it convinently folds flat, is easily transportable, can be easily stored under a couch, behind a couch vertically (not something that can be done with traditional puzzle storage boards), is lightweight (unlike traditional puzzle boards), can be used and moved from floor to table top with very little effort, holds partially assembled puzzles in place while storing and transporting. Cons: a bit overpriced for quality of material, but well priced in comparison to the traditional wooden type puzzle boards.

The XL helps me enjoy the largest puzzles and put away as needed. I can quickly stash away when my grandchild comes for a visit for safe storage. I do use one of the red clothing brushes to help manage puzzle dust and pet hair that ultimately finds its way on to it.

Love this puzzle caddy. I wanted something so that I could cover my work and put away so that Simon, my cat, couldn't mess with the puzzle in between work sessions. This slides under the bed so it is out of the way when I'm not using it. Perfect for us!
