It's lightweight but strong. I used the full 10x10 to shade my tomato garden area in the hottest part of the day. It's so lightweight, it's easy to throw over the back frame and straps over the sticks in the front every day. The wind blows through it, and it's held up to wind with only clips to secure. It makes dappled shade that you can feel the difference in temperaturewhen you step under it. I plan on getting a few more and cutting them in half to give smaller planting areas relief from the brutal summer sun.
