This works...
This is a cabinet tool to assist with hard stool or constipation. I am stopped up or straining regularly no matter how much water, fiber, fasting, etc. I tried this on a chance and have since added it to my bedtime drink regimen. Smooth Move works smoothly! I do not use it as a sipping tea. It will stain teeth horribly... it is medicinal with a nice after taste. I let the tea bag sit it hot water for 20 minutes , squeeze the bag empty, then gulp the whole cup down at once. I immediately brush teeth and rinse. The next morning is a smooth move experience. No urgency. no cramping. Relief without demand. It has Senna in it, so I never take it more than 2 days in a row without giving myself a few days break in between. Do your research on Senna...
