Im not using them for food. I use them for facial oils. The seal is helping them stay fresh longer. It is keeping dust off the multiple bottles. They stack great! Its a heavy plastic. I traveled with my fluids inside. Made the bag check situation quicker as they could see in. If anything breaks opens, its sealed.

Love it. i bought one for sugar loved it so much bought another for flour. Cabinet/pantry space pretty average so it was useful to make the switch to something smaller than i had. i would say 2lbs per container to restock. would definitely recommend especially for small to average pantry space.

Best Food Storage System ever

Got these to add to my Home Edit System. This size is really useful for a variety of organizing and storage needs- storing items of larger quantity- flour, sugar, taco shells, pretzels, cookies, laundry pods, ...the list is endless. I only wish they came in the combo pack or came as a 4 pack. High quality containers with lids that not only seal well but are not impossible to take off and on!
