I like that they seemed well built after after some time and slicing through things the knife is not going to rock out of the handle also I can cut your potatoes without cutting my fingers and even made fries but the best way to make fries though is a fry cutter a good one that doesn't leave pieces behind I'm on a budget that's all they had I would have gotten something smaller like a Parry knife I really did need any knives that big you can read the how long it is for yourself I don't have them in front of me

great replacement knives

i was given the Tasty knife and block set a few years ago, and I loved it. However, my weirdo dog has chewed the handles off the steak knives. I bought this set as a replacement and they're very nice. They fit in the knife block and look nice.
