Such a versatile sauce!
I love this Ro-Tell and I use it on my Chili when I do it in the crock pot and i DON'T HAVE TO add any spicy seasoning to it, just this will give the Chili a small kick. I also use it when I make cheese and sausage dip. Cook the sausage drop it in the crocl pot pour this can of Ro-Tell and a block of Velveeta, let it simmer and cring to the table. Delicious!! try it!

Many years ago I was looking for a chili recipe on the internet. The one I found recommended using 1 can of rotel chili fixins. I've used it ever since.
