I've been eating Planters peanuts for 70 years, starting from when I would get small personal bags of salted peanuts from a bar owner we lived above. I've seen them morph from the oily,salty bags of peanuts in the 1950s to the fine dry-roasted nuts of today. Love them and just found out they are fine for my "Old Guy" diet.

These peanuts are legendary … I've been eating these nuts for a very long time over the years, and have always enjoyed the freshness and taste of this item, and the fact that it's a reduced sodium snack makes me feel good about eating them. Put a handful in a plastic bag, then add some raisins and you've got a delicious snack for the road !

Great Tasting Quality Snack

This snack item satisfies on so many levels, so I feel it deserves the 5 stars. The flavor is salty enough so the lower sodium does not hurt the taste. The texture is good, soft enough, unlike some where the nuts are hard on the teeth and not fresh tasting. A handful midafternoon curbs my appetite so I can have a later dinner. This is one of my go to favorites.
