I started taking it and did not notice any results. I doubled up on the tea bags. Works wonders. I use two every morning and it will work about 5-6 hours later. It helps with regularity and I use monk fruit as a no-calorie sweetener. I love it cold. I wasn't falling asleep as someone said. It tastes good to me. It tastes a little minty with lemon.

Very Tasty for a Detox Tea
I just tried this tea. Unlike other detox teas, this one is very enjoyable. I've read good things about dandelion and burdock as well. I so liked the taste and benefits of this tea, that after drinking one cup, I just went online and ordered the 6 boxes they had left in stock...LOL
