A great, quick way to get your daily fiber. So good with a cup of coffee in the morning. Also makes a great topping. Sometimes I chop one up and sprinkle it on fresh cut fruit or ice cream. They are also good to put in your purse when you're going to be out running around doing errands. You can munch on one while in the car. Keeps your hunger under control too.
