I'd heard DelMonte was being bought out by another food company, so if I still see these I will buy them, since these are the brand I was brough up on. They are always nice and tender with a good flavor, although the water they're packed in is a bit salty for me since I stopped using salt.

We really enjoy asparagus but don't always have the time to cook fresh asparagus. Well, this is our backup plan. We really enjoy this can of asparagus when fresh is not possible. This can of asparagus has rich flavor and a wonderful texture. Definitely worth it! I think you will be surprised how good it is!
