thank you chef boyardee for not raising your prices greatly appreciated. I was surprised to find out that you don't actually put a lot of additives or coloring in your food. it's really nice to see a company that can live with the pay increase to your employees but not stick it to the customer thank you so much it's greatly appreciated.

I have had meat ravioli at a number of Italian restaurants, I've had meat ravioli which was prepared by friends who are good cooks, and frankly, my favorite meat ravioli has remained Chef Boyardee's meat ravioli from a can. The key is in the sauce which has a nice, slow-cooked, not-too-sweet tomato flavor with a hint of meat. Sadly, they seem to keep experimenting with how much sugar they add to the sauce -- it is still pretty low but they have raised and lowered it over time -- I was unhappy with the versions where they raised it significantly. Something to keep an eye on, but I am happy with the current incarnation.
