To all the people in the reviews who are upset because it doesn't have the texture of pasta: what is wrong with you? It's not pasta!! when I put cheese sauce on this, I can't tell the difference in the taste OR the texture. As for the texture, good grief, of course it's not going to be like that. It's made of beans, in case you didn't know that! I will take that trade off because they are much healthier.

Great pasta substitute!!! I did find a slight taste in my first bite - not good or bad - just different than normal pasta. But didn’t notice after that. The texture is as close as you can get to the real thing. We tried another brand and the texture was way off and more dry/thick. This brand is the best! I enjoyed their garlic rice too.

Great noodles

If you need gluten free noodles , these chickpea noodles are naturally gluten free and work perfect. These are a great alternative for gluten free and regular noodles. Gluten free noodles are too firm and regular noodles can get too soft. The consistency is more like regular noodles but don't get soggy, yet they're softer than the gluten free ones.
