Krafty Supply's Birch wood letters are lasered cut from 1/4" thick Birch Plywood. The birch plywood is b/b grade wood. Which means that it has a good quality front side but the backside may have some imperfections. We take great care to make sure there are no burn marks and do quality checks before packing and shipping your order to you. We use laser machines that leave dark smooth edges that are easily painted over or left raw. This is a great easy to read font. Considered more of a basic regular font this would be great for a variety of crafts or projects. There is no burring on the edges so no sanding is required.
