I didn’t have really high expectation when I bought this. But turns out I love it! This has low noise when it sets at the lowest mode. But with the strongest mode, the noise level is still not that too loud compared to my old vacuum cleaner. I mostly use it in the lowest mode and runs for about 40 to 45 minutes and that is enough to clean the whole rooms in our apartment. The suction power also great even though I use it in the lowest mode, it does its job very well. It is also adjustable, I can adjust the length of the pole. Easy to use and clean. The charging time also quicker than expected to reach the maximum battery capacity. Overall I’m satisfied.

Make sure you clean the whole vacuum not just the cup part if you are picking up lots of hair. Learned that when the vacuum starting getting hot it was clogged with hair.

Decent stick vac for the price

I like the three power settings on the vacuum. It is easy to disassemble to clean and easy to empty. It is light weight and maneuvers easily over carpet and floor. We purchased to vacuum our ruggable carpet. It works well on this carpet on the low and medium suction settings. The higher setting does pull up at the carpet making it ripple. My dislike with this vacuum is that it does not charge when secured in the bracket without manually plugging it in. Additionally, the charger is not secured to the bracket so it falls to the floor when vacuum is not plugged in. I know that's a small thing, but I assumed the bracket would also house the charger like the Dyson version does.
