I was very pleased with this vest the vest does on high keeps you warm now temps here in missouri are still in the 50's in november 1 day it was in the 30's iam a semi driver and iam in the weather elements it does not get really hot on high just enough to keep you warm plenty of room thanks to the extension i have a belly when i put the vest on medium low settings still keep you warm now when temps get low i hope it stills keep you warm especially if you live north now what i did not like was the battery when on high for 8 hours the battery will be @50 to 47 percent now when on medium the battery will last longer yes the lower the heat the longer the battery but like i said in lower temps you would need it on high i do work long hours 8 to 12 hours the vest will last about 10 hours on high also do to driving all my life i wear the vest as a heating pad while driving works wonders yes good investment also the battery does charge really fast about half hour or more i am pleased just hoping i can buy a extra battery down the line hoping they do not discontinue the product if you work outside and deal with the weather elements yes definitely buy this vest
