This red mizuna mustard hybrid has exceptionally uniform leaf color, shape, and size. Great for baby leaf and mature leaf harvests, the deep red color is maintained through maturity, on both sides of the leaf. Upright plants make it easy to harvest the mild, peppery flavored leaves.

Miz America Mustard
This is a fabulous plant for the winter here in zone 8. It's hardy and has a beautiful burgundy color with serrated leaves. I've had other mustards for the winter, but they are not nearly as pretty as Miz America. I recommend this highly!
