Comes up quickly if needs are met

After thatching my lawn that died after unprecedented drought in zone 6, I planted this seed in my most desert-like part of the lawn. I watered the area and kept the seed moist at all time. On day 5, I applied starter fertilizer and on day 7, there was germination. See picture 1. On day 14 the area was plush and green. See second picture. Seed must never dry out.

Works great

Had a few spots in the yard that were dead plus a long patch of dirt after a sewer line replacement. Spread it out and it filled up quickly and the yard looks full.

Brown Patch Resistance is Incredible

The varieties of Fescue in this mix are amazingly brown patch resistant.
